Terminal 1 Upgrade and Preparation Project at the International Flights Airport.
Terminal 1 will be used by passengers for the Low Cost International flights in a full outbound passenger procedure, which will include checking the passenger's baggage in the HBS system for automatic checking. The inspection area for the hand baggage has been expanded, biometric passports have been added and nine exit gates have been opened. Duty-free shops and passenger dining complex were opened. The duty-free store mix will be similar
to the one in Terminal 3
